Larrabee Lakes is a trail running event in Bellingham, WA on Saturday, Aug 8, 2026. All distances start and finish at Fairhaven Park and head toward Larrabee State Park along the Interurban Trail. Distances offered include:

Course and conditions

Courses overlap in places and split for each distance; runners must follow course markings for their chosen distance. The route includes singletrack, the Interurban Trail, ridgelines, and sections past lakes such as Lost Lake, Cedar Lake, and Fragrance Lake. The 25K and 50K include extended ridge sections and stair sections on the ridge trail. The 50K includes an out-and-back section to an aid station near Samish and additional climbs via Cleator Road and Two Dollar Trail.

The course contains rough, steep, and rocky sections and significant elevation gain. Aid stations are mentioned on the course. The organizer advises reading the safety and FAQ information for guidance if a participant becomes lost or injured.
