Mount Seymour - 5 Peaks Trail Running (September 26th)

This trail running event takes place at Mount Seymour, in Mount Seymour Provincial Park, and is part of the 5 Peaks Trail Running Series in British Columbia. The course runs through dense forest and passes around Goldie and Flower lakes. The venue is about 30 minutes from Downtown Vancouver. Packet pick up is available the day before at a North Vancouver running store and on race day. Maps showing routes, elevation gain and loss, and aid station locations are provided. Washroom facilities are located in the parking lot. Spectators are welcome, with best viewing from the start/finish area. There is plenty of parking on site.

A non-competitive hiking division is offered, led by pace leaders; participants in this division walk the course and are asked not to run. Estimated finish durations are given for the hiking division: about 2 hours for the Sport course and about 3 hours for the Enduro course. Safety rules prohibit dogs, headphones, strollers or baby carriers, and nordic walking poles except in the hiking division. Swag and optional finisher medals can be purchased and must be picked up at the race. Medals are awarded to the top three finishers by gender in each age category and to the top three male and female overall; an awards ceremony is held after results are compiled. Trail run at Campbell Valley Regional Park on February 1, 2026 offering 5 km and two loop 10 km options plus a youth 5 km for ages 15 and under. The course has short steep hills, possible mud, and entry is limited to 120 runners.
