Buckin’ Hell is a trail race held on Saturday, July 25, 2026, based at Mt Seymour Resort in North Vancouver, BC. Distance options are:

The 50 km course includes about 2500 m (8250 ft) of ascent and descent and carries 3 ITRA points. The 35 km course lists about 1700 m (5500 ft) of ascent and descent and carries 2 ITRA points. The course starts and finishes at Mt Seymour Resort and includes a steep initial climb, a long descent to the Seymour River, and a climb back to finish. Named trails on the routes include Baden Powell, Mystery Lake, Severed, Brockton Lookout and Old Buck.

Course, support and rules

Aid stations and drop bag locations are shown on the course map. Drop bags are collected on race morning, must be clearly labelled, and oversized bags are not permitted. A bag check tent is available at the start/finish but it is not monitored. The event is cupless; runners must carry their own cup for fluids. Poles are allowed from the start. Relay teams split the 50 km into approximately 25.0 km and 25.3 km legs with specified ascent and descent for each leg. Crew access is restricted and crews are not allowed at the Old Buck aid station. Finishers receive a medal that functions as a bottle opener and all entries include race-branded items and post-race pizza and beer garden access.
