The event takes place on October 31, 2026 at Swangard Stadium in Burnaby, British Columbia. It includes a 5 km race and a Mini Monster Dash 400 m held on the stadium track for children aged 10 and under.
Registration includes a custom swag bag for all registered participants, a goodie bag and finisher medal for Mini Monster Dash participants, a chip-timed race bib for 5 km runners, and post-race refreshments. There will be no race day registration.
Age and race guidelines: minimum age for the 5 km is 11 years. Participants aged 11 to 13 must be accompanied on the course by a registered adult. Participants aged 14 to 17 may participate without an accompanying adult but must follow all race rules. A parent or legal guardian must sign the event waiver for participants under 18.
Terrain includes paved pathways, grass, and loose gravel, with slight inclines and declines and potentially uneven surfaces. Pets are not permitted inside the stadium where the start, finish, and post-race activities take place; pets may accompany owners on the Central Park route on a leash. Entry payments are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
Race kits must be collected in advance at Fit First Foot Wear / Christine Sinclair Community Centre on October 30, 2026. Group pricing and team discount codes are available from the event organizers.
