Logistics, rules and services
Pre-race packet pickup is available the day before at a local running store and there is onsite packet pickup on race morning. The event is cup-free; water and electrolyte drink are provided at the start, finish and at one or more aid stations. Participants planning to be out longer than one hour should carry a reusable bottle or pack. The on-course electrolyte beverage is Blonyx Hydra+. Safety rules prohibit dogs, headphones, strollers or baby carriers, and nordic walking poles. Washrooms and portable toilets are available and ample parking is reported.
Hikers, awards and swag
A non-competitive hiker division starts earlier and is led by pace leaders; hikers must not run. Estimated hiker finish times are about 2 hours for the Sport course and 3 hours for the Enduro course. Optional finisher medals and other swag can be purchased; wooden medals are sustainably sourced. Awards recognize top three finishers by gender in each age and distance category, plus overall top three male and female finishers. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
