Trail Running calendar near Todmorden 2026-2027

A half marathon trail race in Swaledale that follows moorland trods, hard packed tracks and grassy paths around Harkerside and Grinton, with mandatory kit requirements, on-course aid stations and a post-race soup and roll.

A roughly marathon-length trail race through Swaledale and a Wensleydale loop near Semerwater, covering about 42 km over moorland tracks and footpaths. Mandatory kit, self-navigation on the Wensleydale loop, GPX and a tracker are provided.

Test your mountain skills at the Langdale Horseshoe, a 21.1 km fell race through some of the Lake District's most challenging terrain. This classic event features over 1450 m of ascent across rocky ground and pathless fells.

A trail race in Tideswell on 10 October covering 8.9 km with 267 m of climb, passing Peters Stone and the summit of Hay Cop and finishing at Bishop Pursglove Primary School.
