The Tibthorpe Loop is a circular trail event held on 28 February 2026. The entry limit is 300 and the event is listed as on a waiting list. It is the 2nd edition and entry prices start from £17. The minimum age is 18. The overall cut-off time is 5 hours. The course climb is 1,200 ft. Chip timing will be used and results are published online after finishing.

Route, facilities and support

The course is a single Half marathon on undulating, non-technical trails in the Yorkshire Wolds. The route follows the first 9 miles of another Ultra Trails route and a GPX file is provided. Markers and large yellow correx signs will be placed at key junctions.

The event starts and finishes at Field House Camping & Coffee Barn, which offers free on-site parking, indoor cycle parking, toilet facilities and nearby camping at a discount. There is one checkpoint approximately halfway, serving vegan friendly and gluten free food and drink. First aid cover and event photography will be present. Each finisher receives a wildflower seed medal and one tree will be planted for the event. A £3 portion of each entry fee is allocated to local charities and community funds.
