The Tibthorpe Loop is a Half marathon trail event taking place on 28 February 2026 near Tibthorpe in the Yorkshire Wolds. Entry is limited to 300 places; entries were 237 at the time of listing. Entry fees start from £17 (affiliated) and £19 (non-affiliated). The minimum age is 18. The overall time limit to complete the course is 5 hours.

Route, facilities and support

The route is circular, undulating and described as not technical, with approximately 1,200 ft of climb. It follows the first 9 miles of the Wold Rangers Way Ultra and includes one checkpoint about halfway that offers vegan friendly and gluten free nutrition. Participants receive a GPX file and the course will have markings and large yellow signs at key junctions.

Start and finish are at Field House Camping & Coffee Barn, Field House Farm, Tibthorpe, Driffield YO25 9JZ. On-site facilities include free parking, indoor cycle parking, eco toilets and food for purchase at the Coffee Barn. Chip timing will be provided and event photography will be available. Organisers plant one tree per finisher and donate £3 of each entry fee to local charities. First aid cover and a mandatory kit list are provided for safety. Dogs are not permitted on the course. Rudolph's Romp is a 25 miles winter route from Brantingham across the Yorkshire Wolds, with woodland trails, rolling hills and views of the Vale of York and the Humber. LDWA East Yorkshire event with checkpoints, food and a post run meal.
