The Turpin Challenge 2025 is a popular 6-hour running event held at York's Knavesmire on Saturday, 13th September. Participants run laps of approximately 4.37 miles on a mixed terrain course of grass and path, closed to traffic. Runners can complete as many laps as they wish within the time limit, from a single lap to marathon distances or beyond.
The event offers a relaxed atmosphere, ideal for running with friends or meeting new people. All finishers receive a bespoke medal and a chocolate goody bag.
