Lakeland Paws Whinlatter Tails Night Run

Braithwaite, United Kingdom • 7 Feb 2027

Lakeland Paws: Whinlatter Tails

The event takes place at Whinlatter and forms part of the Lakeland Paws series. Organisers plan to use the South Side route; however, the course may be changed if forest works require it, while remaining at Whinlatter. The South Side route is described as more undulating than some other events in the series. The course surface is a mix of forest roads and trails and is stated to be less technical than the Seat How route.

There are two route options:

  • 10K, 380 m ascent
  • 5K, 200 m ascent

Individual starts are used so that dogs have space at the start. Two dogs are allowed per competitor and runners may enter without a dog. The event is chip timed and the courses will be marked. GPX files are available for download. Event entry is open for specified dates and has an age minimum of 16 or older. A standard entry fee applies.

Entry and event policies such as the event disclaimer and the cancellation and refund policy are published by the organiser. The event description refers to Season 5 of the series. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
