The Half & Half is a 10K race organised by Runable on 25 January 2026. The route combines two surfaces: the first half runs on rugged, muddy trails with natural obstacles, and the second half returns on tarmac to the finish. The course is fully waymarked and is run in one direction. Entries are capped at 100 runners. Entry is open to people aged 18 and over on 25/01/2026. The standard entry fee listed is £21.00.

The event base is Sowerby Bridge Pool, Station Road, Sowerby Bridge, Halifax HX6 3AB. Sowerby Bridge Station is about a five-minute walk from registration. There is parking close to the venue, including along Station Road. The event does not include a medal or T-shirt. An official Half & Half hoodie is available to pre-order from 5 November at £27.00; pre-order is required and hoodies will not be sold at the finish. Hoodie orders can be placed until 10 January.
