Run the Lake District on trails and fells, from a scenic 22 km to the epic 184 km 13 Valleys ultra, all way marked and supported. ITRA registered with Western States qualifying races and part of fees support the Lake District Foundation.

Orton Fell Race returns to Orton on 26 September 2026, a scenic but testing 10 km / 6.2 miles with 258 m climb. Solo runners and teams of three welcome; entries open 19 Oct 2025 and junior races run on the day.

Malham Charity Relays on 27 September 2026 is a friendly, all ages relay with mixed teams formed on the day. A punchy 1.1 km loop up Cawden Hill and back to the Lister Arms, entry £3 with all proceeds to charity.
