A 5 mile mixed terrain race around Restormel Castle and Lostwithiel, mostly on trails with over 1000 ft of climbing. It starts and finishes at the Duchy of Cornwall Nursery and is part of the Cornwall MTRS.
A 20 mile trail run or hike in South Devon starting and finishing at Broadsands Beach in Torbay. The route goes inland to Kingswear then along the South West Coast Path with about 4000 ft ascent, three aid stations and a cupless policy.
