Join Kirkstall Rock up n' Run on 25 June 2026 for a lively pop up summer 5k or 10k along the Leeds and Liverpool Canal. Finishers get a jumble medal and can enjoy hot food and a beer or soft drink in a friendly post run atmosphere.

A circular trail race of about 31.7 km around Muker with almost 3,000 ft of ascent, reaching Tan Hill Inn and returning via the Pennine Way. The course is fully marked and supported with aid stations, GPX downloads and marshals on route.
