A women only trail half marathon using the Lunar Trail route around Sutton Springs Wood and the Five Pits Trail. The 2027 race supports The Elm Foundation and includes an aid station, marshals, medic cover and post-race refreshments.

Flat canal side out and back runs from Granary Wharf along the Leeds Liverpool Canal, offered in 5 km, 10 km and half marathon distances. Routes are traffic free, marshalled, with regular feed stations and finisher medals.

A Marches LDWA challenge walk from Holdgate near Much Wenlock with 22 mile and 10 mile routes across Abdon Burf and Wenlock Edge. Checkpoints offer refreshments and proceeds support local church communities.

A single-loop 10 km running safari at Yorkshire Wildlife Park on 25 April 2027, on mixed surfaces with views of animals such as lions, rhinos and giraffes. Tickets are currently sold out and a waiting list is available.

A multi-terrain marathon and half marathon on the traffic-free Tissington Trail in Derbyshire, using a former railway line between Ashbourne and Buxton. Includes route maps, a bespoke medal, free photos and prizes for leading runners.

A trail running event at Temple Newsam House in Leeds with four distance options across mixed off-road terrain, feed stations every three miles, course marshals and a bespoke finishers' medal.

Trail running at Delamere Forest on April 25 2027 with 10K, 21K and 42K routes through forest, Blakemere Moss and the Sandstone Trail. Routes are marked, a GPX file is provided, and an event village offers food and finish line goodies.

May 2027

Trail running event around Calderdale offering 50-mile and 30-mile options on the Calderdale Way with vegan friendly checkpoints, mandatory kit, GPS tracking, baggage storage, and a finisher's medal.

A 50 mile trail ultra from Malham across the Yorkshire Dales with 2593 m of ascent and live GPS tracking. The route includes Malham Cove and the Yorkshire three peaks and features five supported checkpoints and mandatory kit checks.

Trail running at Staveley, Cumbria with 5 km, 10 km and half marathon routes on marked, marshalled trails, varied terrain and an event village offering music, food and merchandise.

A 14 km fell race in Coniston on 1 May 2027 with 1065 m of ascent, pre entry only via SI Entries and fees for members and non members; parking is at Coniston CE Primary School only.

A 33 miles trail race that follows much of the Chesterfield Round Walk around Chesterfield, crossing moorland, woodland and farmland. The route is largely unmarked but organisers provide route notes and GPX files and checkpoints offer water..
