Trail Running calendar near Burnsall 2026-2027

Stanza Stones Summer Edition is a timed overnight endurance event on 6 June 2026: a 24 hour 50 mile route from Marsden to Ilkley across the South Pennines. Pass six poem inscribed stones themed on water and finish atop Ilkley Moor.

Join the iconic Pen Y Ghent Fell Race on 6 Jun 2026 in the Yorkshire Dales, a classic 12.2 km route with rewarding climbs and stunning views. Open to runners aged 18 plus with pre entry or race day entry and team competition available.

Join the BOFRA championship in Kettlewell, Upper Wharfedale on 7 June 2026 for a classic fell race. Tackle a sharp climb to the skyline cairn before a fast descent over a short scree section, with entries available on the day.

Classic Lake District fell race from Howtown Bobbin Mill, testing runners over 13.3 miles with about 1400 m of climb across rugged terrain. Entry is on the day for £8 and limited to 100 starters so arrive early.

Take on the Passing Clouds fell race in the Peak District on Sun 7 Jun 2026, a scenic but testing 15.7 km trail with 565 m of climb around Tittesworth Reservoir. Entry on the day from £9 for members, parking charges apply.
