Entry, teams and logistics

Entry is available on the day; there is no pre-entry. The on-day fee is £15 and the entry fee includes a hot meal and drinks. Teams are allowed in groups of three. The race holds a permit and associated UK Athletics insurance from the FRA.

Parking near the village hall is limited. Overflow parking is at Tittesworth Reservoir pay-and-display car park. There is a cut-off time of 2 hours 5 minutes at the foot of Shutlingsloe; runners can still complete the route after this cut-off but will be excluded from the climb of Shutlingsloe.
