Trail Running calendar near Askham 2026-2027

Run along the scenic trail paths of Carsington Water in Derbyshire. Choose between an undulating half marathon or 10k loop while enjoying views of the reservoir and surrounding countryside.

Trail races on the flat Leeds/Liverpool Canal towpath at Kirkstall with five distances on a lapped 6.7 mile loop. Feed stations, marshals and finish food are provided; all finishers receive a bespoke medal.

Tackle the Tripsdale Trot on 29 August 2026 at the Bilsdale Show in Chop Gate. This 5.5 mile fell race through the North York Moors climbs 1437 ft and has a junior fun race alongside. Entry is on the day.

The Dales Dazzler will take place in Skipton on Saturday 29 August 2026.

A six hour looped trail challenge near LN11 0RX set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Runners repeat an approximate 5.45 km lap with a single aid station at the start area and may choose their own distance.
