Carsington Water Half Marathon & 10k: August 2026

Both routes follow trail paths around the reservoir and are described as undulating. The half marathon is an out and back followed by one full loop of the reservoir. The 10k is close to a full loop of the reservoir. Each kilometre on the course is marked with distance flags and marshals are positioned to guide and encourage participants.

An event village will provide food and drink options and there will be complimentary finish-line items from event partners. GPX files for the 10k and half marathon courses are available for download. Volunteers support event operations in roles such as managing stalls and distributing finishers medals.
