Trail Running calendar near Shrewton 2026-2027

Part of a 12 Days of Christmas series on 13 December 2026 at Pengethley Manor, this off-road event offers 5k, 10k, half, marathon and ultra options on a 2.5 km lap with a seven hour limit. Virtual entries and medals are available.

Join the Mince Pi Run in Guildford for a Pi themed run by the water, with distances from a 1 mile kids fun run to the 3.14 mile loop and laps up to a Pi marathon. Every finisher gets a bespoke Pi Pie medal.

Chilly Hilly is a 10 mile cross country run in the West Wight on 13 December 2026, noted for hilly coastal terrain, strong winds at times and scenic views. Entry is limited and a memento and post-race refreshments are offered.

Trail half marathon near Bridgend on 19 December 2026 with an 8 mile section plus about 5 extra miles of mixed terrain. Entry is limited to 70 runners and minimum age is 17.

A festive family-friendly fun run at Dare Valley Country Park with 2.5 km and 5.0 km routes. Finishers receive a themed medal and goody bag; the event includes an aid table, toilets, a café and free parking.

A dawn to dusk winter trail challenge at Box Hill in Dorking on 19 December 2026. Runners complete a roughly 10 mile loop with about 2,400 ft climb per lap and may stop after any completed lap.

A level 19 km trail race along a converted Somerset and Dorset railway through the Stour valley, with route markers, two aid stations, a canicross option, parking and post-race refreshments.

Festive trail runs at Wendover Woods on 20 December 2026, with a Family Santa Mile and 5- and 10-mile races; finishers receive medals and seasonal treats. Entry fees range from £14 to £29.

A lakeside Christmas event in Milton Keynes offering marathon and half marathon options with 7½ and 3½ clockwise laps of Caldecotte Lake. Finishers receive a bespoke medal and the event is held under 100 Marathon Club rules.

A 10 km trail run and canicross at Renegade Brewery on the Yattendon Estate. The course is mostly off road with one water refill station and finishers receive a medal, a pint cup with a free drink and a mince pie.

Winter Runderland in Walton on Thames is a timed lap event on a 5.3 km riverside towpath course. Runners may select distances from 5 km up to ultra, and a lower-cost no-medal entry option is available.

Experience a flexible eight hour timed event on a scenic tarmac route in Exmouth. Runners and walkers of all abilities can complete as many laps as they choose on this flat disused railway course.

A themed trail run at Wenchford Picnic Site featuring seven named hills over 7 miles or the double 14 mile Immortal Sinner. Canicross waves are available and the terrain may be muddy with possible ice or snow.
