Freedom Racing - North Downs Ridge 50k

Freedom Racing stages a fully signed trail ultra on the North Downs Way and across the Surrey Wildlife Trust reserve of ancient woodland at Norbury Park. The event covers a fairly level 50k route with a total ascent of 2986 ft and is based at Denbies Wine Estate near Dorking.

The course is marked as a long distance trail with extra race signage throughout. There are four checkpoints that provide food and drinks. The organiser states the distance and elevation are suitable for runners new to ultra distances. All finishers receive a medal featuring the event logo.

Entries are not yet open. The standard entry fee is listed as £75 and the minimum age for participants is 16 or older. Entry closing is scheduled for 19 February 2027.
