Trail Running calendar near Radcliffe 2026-2027

Run the Borders follows the waymarked Borders Abbey Way around the Scottish Borders, visiting four ruined abbeys. It offers a full 109K, a 50K and a four person relay with checkpoints, drop bags and mandatory kit.

A 21 kilometre trail race around Derwentwater and the surrounding fells in Keswick on 23 August 2026. Single lap, waymarked course with water, toilets and baggage storage; medals and prizes for finishers.

Tackle the Tripsdale Trot on 29 August 2026 at the Bilsdale Show in Chop Gate. This 5.5 mile fell race through the North York Moors climbs 1437 ft and has a junior fun race alongside. Entry is on the day.

A giant inflatable obstacle course at Floors Castle on 29th and 30th August 2026 offering 2.5K and 5K routes with solo and team entries, open to ages 5 and up, and free spectator admission.

A 7 hour timed trail event on 30 August 2026 in Durham with lap-based distances from 3 km up to 50 km and ultra options, waters and snacks on course, medals and distance pins, plus a vegan goody bag option.

Hardmoors 26.2 Roseberry in Guisborough on 30 August 2026 offers a Trail Marathon, Half Marathon and 10k with significant ascent, mandatory safety kit and downloadable maps for untaped, self navigated courses.

Muker Show Fell Race is a short fell course that crosses a river and climbs to Fremington Edge, about 2.25 km with 170 m of climb. It includes youth categories, has no Under 9s class and counts for the BOFRA Senior Championship.

Inflatable 5K in Edinburgh on 5 September 2026 is a non timed fun run with giant inflatable obstacles across repeat 2.5 km laps. Distances from 2.5 km to 15 km are offered, with a finisher medal and on course water.
