Pretty Muddy 5k at Sandwell Valley Country Park on 13 June 2026 is a muddy obstacle course with staggered wave starts and a minimum fundraising target. Facilities include toilets and refreshments but it is not wheelchair accessible.

An evening trail run at Bodenham Arboretum offering 5km or 10km routes over multi-terrain, raising funds for local charities with limited online-only entries and basic on-site facilities.

A 5K colour run in Silsden, West Yorkshire raising funds for Sue Ryder Manorlands Hospice. The undulating three lap, cross country route features seven paint stations, obstacles, a paint bag for each entrant and a finishers medal.

Experience an 8 km trail race at Wirral Country Park as part of a summer competition series. Open to runners aged 16 and over, the event features age group trophies and series awards.

A fast, tough *8.5 km* fell race near Castleton in the Peak District, run under FRA rules as category BS. The partly flagged, 370 m ascent route raises funds for Derbyshire Cave Rescue and passes upland moors and White Peak valleys.
