Trail Running calendar near Faccombe 2026-2027

A winter 2026/27 night trail series in Somerset featuring four events with 5 km and 10 km options. Entries are available per race or as a full series and finishers can pre-order a bespoke wooden medal.

MoRunning at Southampton Common offers chip timed 1.5k, 5k, 10k and a half marathon with medals, finisher headbands and on-site race facilities. The course mixes paths, trails and grass and is dog friendly and buggy usable.

A family friendly MoRunning event at Ashton Court Park with 1.5 km, 5 km, 10 km and half marathon options, chip timing, medals and fundraising in support of Movember.

Night trail runs from Corfe Castle in Dorset with three route choices across ridges, commons and woodland. Expect muddy singletrack, an outpost on the long route, no dogs and no headphones.

A six-hour off-road event at Salcey Forest on a 3.5-mile loop where participants run as many laps as they wish. The course is forest trails with aid-station treats, canicross permitted, parking available and a GPX route provided.

A night trail 10k at Salcey Forest on 20 November 2026 that requires a head or chest torch; Petzl will have demo torches on site. The route is two laps on crushed stone, canicross runners start 10 minutes before the main field.

A fully marked 50K trail race from Putteridge Bury on 21 November 2026 with three aid stations, a varied undulating route through the North Chilterns and an overall time limit of 8h45.

Riverside trail runs from Alexandra Gardens in Windsor with scenic Thames views. Choose from 21.8km or 16.1km routes with chip timing, water stations, a finisher medal and on course support.

A half day 10 km trail run in the Chiltern Hills that finishes with a private tour and tasting at Tring Brewery. The event includes trail instruction and a bottle or a pint at the brewery.

An underground marathon at UCAP BUNKER near Portsmouth on 21 November 2026. The multi lapped route runs through low tunnels, has a six and a half hour cut off, and requires a headtorch and cycle helmet.

A night-time trail run at Moors Valley Country Park with looped 10 km laps and options of 10 km, 20 km or 30 km; the course is fully marked and a headtorch is mandatory.

Brutal at Spider Hill in Long Valley offers 5 km and 10 km courses across mud, marshes and climbs, passing Alligator Swamp, Swan Lake, Muddy Mile and Duck Pond. Entries close 19th November.

A 14 mile trail run on 22 November 2026 with a climb at the start, downloadable route maps and a GPX file. Basic aid stations are provided and parking is very limited so train or cycle travel is recommended.
