Stansted Park Trail Hike (Stansted House) 2026

The Stansted Park Trail Hike takes place at Stansted House in Rowland's Castle. The event follows routes through the South Downs, featuring a variety of landscapes including rolling hills, woodlands, and open fields with wildflowers. The paths lead participants through forests and past the historic architecture of Stansted House. Local wildlife, such as deer and various bird species, may be seen along the course.

The event offers three distinct distance options to accommodate different preferences:

  • 21 km
  • 16 km
  • 10 km

The event is chip timed, and participants receive a personalized certificate. On-course refreshments are provided at aid stations, and first aid cover is available throughout the venue and route. This is a plastic-free event, and walkers are required to bring their own reusable cups or bottles for water.

At the finish line, all participants receive a metal medal, a finisher's gift, and a drink. Parking is available free of charge on-site at Stansted House. Participants collect their hiking bib numbers at the registration area on the day of the event using a QR code. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
