Course information includes recorded elevation gains: +222 m for the 21.0 km route, +168 m for the 15.5 km route, and +109 m for the 9.5 km route. The routes pass through the South Downs, woodlands and open fields around Stansted House, with the house visible from parts of the course.

The event provides chip timing, bib numbers, water stations, first aid on course, finishers medals, finisher goodies and a personalised certificate. Course signage uses pink arrows and pink tape; hazards and road junctions are marked with "Caution" signs. Spectators are permitted. Dogs are not allowed at the event.
