Phoenix Surrey Easter Twelve in Twelve Run Series 2027

The event is a multi day running series held in Walton on Thames, based on the Thames Path with start/finish at a riverside location near the Weir Pub and Xcel SPORTS HUB Stadium (KT12 2JB). The series runs over twelve consecutive days and is part of a set of Ten in Ten and Twelve in Twelve events in spring 2027.

Each day uses measured and certified out-and-back laps of approximately 5.3 km along a riverside towpath. The surface is off road trail and the overall course has no elevation gain or loss. Daily events are timed, with time limits dependent on the chosen distance and an early start option that provides additional running time.

Distance options include:

  • 5 km
  • 10 km
  • Half Marathon
  • Marathon
  • Ultra Marathon
  • Timed event with mixed distances

Specific time limits are assigned on entry: Half Marathon 5 hour cut off, Marathon 7 hour cut off, Ultra and Timed events 7 to 9 hour cut offs. Entrants choose a distance option during sign up and may change it, including on the day. A Double-Down option lets participants run two half marathons per day to complete 20 or 24 consecutive half marathons over the series.

Finishers receive event medals and a technical finishers t-shirt according to category. A no medal/no t-shirt entry option is available. Distance restrictions apply to participants aged 20 or under in line with UK Athletics rules. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
