Hut 2 Hut Weekend at Mt Buller runs 20 to 22 February 2026 with trail races of 100 km, 50 km and 10 km. The 100 km route records about 5800 metres of climb and visits ten peaks including Buller at 1805 m.

The Archie is a 50 km trail race held during the Hut 2 Hut Weekend on February 20 to 22, 2026. The event page lists the course, cut off times, mandatory gear, an event handbook and entry opening details.

A single day 21 km return trek to Mt Bogong with 1,410 m ascent in the first 9 km. Entries are capped at 350 and the event raises funds for local search and rescue.

March 2026

A mountain trail event at Mount Baw Baw on 1 March 2026 with distances from 1 km to a full marathon, held in an alpine setting above 1,500 metres.

An alpine trail event on 14 March 2026 from Harrietville, featuring routes to Mt Feathertop across the Razorback with 62 km, 37 km, and 22 km options. Organised by SingleTrack Events with an event village at Harrietville Caravan Park.

April 2026

A multi distance mountain trail running event in Falls Creek on April 11 and April 12 2026. Distances range from a kids race to a 100 mile 160 km course that includes several alpine peaks.

A volunteer-run trail festival in Bright, north-east Victoria, raising funds for Bright P-12 College. Features trail races from 3 km to 18 km, kids novelty races and a village with coffee, food and family activities.

May 2026

Wandi Cross in Wandiligong, Victoria on 9 May 2026 offers mountain trail courses from 2 km to 26.3 km over steep, technical alpine terrain, with event proceeds donated to Wandiligong Primary School.

A community-run running festival in Mount Beauty on 16 May 2026 offering 3 km, 10.6 km, 21.1 km and an 18 km trail plus a Schools Challenge and a plastic cup free refill policy.

October 2026

A scenic alpine climb on Mt Buffalo: a 10.5km route with 1345m of ascent from Eurobin Creek Picnic Area to the Buffalo Chalet, limited on-course aid and shuttle parking from Porepunkah Recreation Reserve.

November 2026

On 1 November 2026 the Mt Feathertop day is a 12.0 km, 1650 m ascent from Tavare Park to Mt Feathertop via Bungalow Spur Track. No food or water is supplied on course so participants should be self-sufficient.

A 15.0 km alpine trail from Tabare Park in Harrietville to Diamantina Hut with 1867 m of climb, no on-course aid, and a shuttle back to the start included in the entry fee.

Run through Marysville's scenic valley trails and forest tracks, passing rivers and the Steavenson Falls while supporting the local community. Distances span a fun kids 1.5 km dash up to a 100 km ultramarathon with options for every runner.
