A looped trail event at Carkeek Park in Seattle offering 12 hour and 6 hour options on a 1.93 mile loop with 436 feet of gain per loop. In person on October 24 with a virtual option October 1 to 31 and a 50 runner cap.

A costumed community event at Lincoln Park featuring a trail 5K, kids dashes, and a virtual shirt option to support South Seattle College Cooperative Preschools. Registration includes a Monster Dash shirt and the 5K includes a timed bib.

An evening 5K glow run/walk through trails and around barns at Northern State Recreation Area, featuring spooky elements and trail hazards. Early registration and limited medals and goodie bags are available.

Loop the Vedder is a trail event in Chilliwack offering a 21 km half marathon, a 10 km and a 1 km kids run. The loop follows the Vedder River with gravel and single track sections, aid stations and community donations to local trails.

A 10K trail race in Port Gamble, WA on October 31, 2026 featuring single track and dirt roads, about 600 feet of climbing, a pre-race costume contest, a 100-runner limit, and awards for top finishers and masters.

Trail running at Carkeek Park in Seattle with 5k and 10k forest courses featuring varied trail widths and rolling to steep sections. The 10k is two laps of the 5k and includes substantial climb.

Experience the rugged coastline and dense forests of Deception Pass State Park on technical single track trails that cross the historic 180 foot high bridge.

A forest loop at Seward Park on December 19, 2026, offering **4.2-mile** and **10k** trail distances, an aid station, and a Glitter, Glamour, and the Galaxy costume contest as part of the Winter Trail Series.

Trail event at Grouse Mountain on 12/31/2026 offering two in-person races of 10 and 50 miles plus a 10-mile virtual challenge. Registration opens 12/31/2025; fees range from $50 to $120.

January 2027

A winter trail run at St. Edward State Park offering 4 mile and 8 mile looped courses with lakeshore single track, an on-course aid station, and nearby parking options including an alternate Bastyr University lot.

Interlaken Icicle Dash at Interlaken Park in Seattle on January 30, 2027 offers 5k and 10k trail races as the final event of the 2026/27 Winter Trail Series. The course uses a 2.5 km loop on paved boulevard and dirt trails.

February 2027

Woolley Trail Runs offers three out and back races along the Cascade Trail near Sedro Woolley WA. Courses run on railroad grade gravel with limited aid stations and several road crossings where runners must watch for traffic.

A winter trail event in Stanley Park on February 21, 2027 offering 2 km, 5 km and 10 km routes. Leashed dogs are welcome and the event raises funds for BC & Alberta Guide Dogs with a virtual participation option.

An out and back trail event on the Fort to Fort Trail in Fort Langley offering 5K 10K and half marathon distances with chip timing and a custom medal. The course runs through Derby Reach Provincial Park along the Fraser River.
