Ravenna Refresher Trail Run

Ravenna Refresher takes place in Ravenna Park in Seattle and is part of the 2026-27 Winter Trail Series. The event offers three distance options run on the same 4.1 km loop through a forested ravine. The loop features nicely groomed trails, a low to moderate climb of about 230 feet per loop, and a few steeper pitches as it rises and falls along the ravine.

An aid station is located at the start and finish area and will be passed once by 8 km runners and twice by 12 km runners. The aid station provides water, Skratch Labs electrolyte drink, and a selection of carbohydrate rich or salty foods such as cookies, energy bar pieces, gels, chews, chips, bagels, fruity candy, fig bars, and bananas. Runners under 20 years of age are eligible for a $10 discount on online pre-registration or event day prices. The mid park parking lot has fewer than 30 spaces; nearby street parking is generally available to the north or south. Trails remain open to other users including pedestrians and cyclists, and participants are responsible for their own safety. Dogs are not allowed on the course in accordance with event policies.
