Ravenna Refresher Trail Run

Ravenna Refresher is a trail running event at Ravenna Park in Seattle, WA, offering three distance options:

  • 4k
  • 8k
  • 12k

All courses use the same 4.1 km loop on nicely groomed forested trails through a ravine. Each loop has low to moderate climb, about 230 feet per loop, with a few steeper pitches and mostly gentle slopes as the route travels up and down the ravine.

The start area is in the meadow northeast of the small mid-park parking lot. The mid Ravenna Park parking lot has fewer than 30 spaces; nearby street parking is generally available north or south of the park.

An aid station at the start/finish offers water, Skratch Labs electrolyte drink, and a variety of carbohydrate-rich or salty foods such as cookies, pieces of energy bar, gels, chews, chips, bagels, candy, fig bars, and bananas. Runners doing the 8k will pass the aid station once and 12k runners will pass it twice.

Youth runners under 20 receive a $10 discount on online pre-registration or event-day prices. Events are open to other trail users during the run; participants are responsible for their own safety. Dogs are not allowed on the course. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
