Course, aid and logistics

All courses use a common 4.1 km loop with low to moderate climb (about 230 feet per loop). Trails are forested and generally well groomed, with a few steeper pitches and mostly gentle slopes through the ravine. An aid station at the start/finish provides water, electrolyte drink, and a selection of carbohydrate-rich or salty foods. Runners on the 8k pass the aid station once; 12k runners pass it twice. The mid Ravenna Park parking lot has fewer than 30 spaces; additional street parking is generally available north or south of the park. Trails remain open to other users during the event, and dogs are not allowed on the race course. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
