Test yourself on Sun 15 Mar 2026 in the Lake District with a 15 km fell race from Muncaster Castle featuring 620 m of climb over rough, sometimes navigational terrain. Entry is cash only on the day, £5, teams welcome.

Hardmoors 55 is a rugged 55 mile ultramarathon along the Cleveland Way through the North York Moors from Guisborough to Helmsley on 21 March 2026. Expect tough trails, mandatory kit and tracker, and stunning moorland views.

Jarrett's Jaunt is a Lake District fell race from Wath Brow Bridge, with rugged trails, steep climbs and great views. About 9 km with 440 m ascent, the handicap format gives a fun competitive test and pre entry is required.

Take on The Pendulum 2026 on 22 March in Langleeford, an 11 mile fell race over The Cheviot and Hedgehope with 3689 ft of climbing. Scenic, supported and timed, it offers finisher medals and prizes for top finishers.
