Trail races at Alum Creek State Park on October 3, 2026 include a half marathon, 10K, 5K, 20K relay and a six hour timed event. Entrants receive a custom medal, bib, on-course aid and recorded results.

Run with Heart in Urbana offers a 5K, a 1 mile fun run walk, or virtual participation along the Simon Kenton Bike Path. The 5K awards the top three male and female finishers in several age categories.

Turkey Trails Columbus on 11/15/2026 at Ohio State at Newark offers distances from a Kids Dash to a Half Marathon. The event includes a chip timed 5k and 10k, a virtual option, and event shirts and medals for most entries.

Alley Trail Classic in Lancaster, Ohio on November 15, 2026 features a one loop 5k and a five loop 28k trail race with cash prizes and awards and set registration dates.

December 2026

Trail races at Salt Fork Lodge in Kimbolton OH on 12/05/2026 and 12/06/2026 offering 50K, 20 Mile and two 10 Mile races; registration opens 12/14/2025.

A trail half marathon of about 13.5 miles at John Bryan State Park in Yellow Springs, Ohio. ORRRC members run free; non-members ages 15+ pay $10. The race uses timing chips, aid stations, and relies on volunteer support.
