Buckeye Trail Blue Blaze Festival - Half Marathon

The Buckeye Trail Blue Blaze Festival in Shawnee, Ohio, celebrates the Buckeye Trail within the Wayne National Forest and the Village of Shawnee. The festival offers five trail experiences: Half Marathon, 10K, 5K Run/Walk, a 10 Mile Hike, and an overnight Backpacking trek, all on the Buckeye Trail. The Half Marathon and 10K use an out-and-back Buckeye Trail course with mile markers, signs, aid stations, and road crossings; the Half Marathon features substantial elevation (over 1,000 feet).
