The second annual Rule the Roost takes place in Chillicothe, OH on October 18, 2025. Distances offered include:

Course, services and awards

The course is a figure-8 loop on 100% trail. Trails are described as hard packed and wide in most areas, with some technical sections, overlooks and cliffs. Aid is provided every 2 to 2.5 miles. Tent setup is available the evening before the event. Packet pickup details are to be announced.

Awards are given to the top three overall male and female finishers in the 12-hour solo, and to top teams in male, female and coed categories. The top male and female finisher in the 7K will be recognized. All finishers receive a finisher award and a race T. The course is noted as suitable for spectators and crew.

Refund policy: no refunds on registrations. Deferrals to future RunFluent events equal to the registration fee are permitted if made at least four weeks before the event. No registration changes accepted after September 21, 2024. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
