Course, rules and logistics

The course is a mix of single-track and grass trails on a 2-mile loop. Each loop contains about 0.7 mile uphill (200 feet gain), 0.7 mile downhill (200 feet loss) and 0.6 mile flat. Course is described as groomed and runnable.

A new 100-mile option has a 32-hour limit. The 24-hour race will end at 24 hours; competitors who complete 100 miles within 24 hours will be awarded a buckle. Parking will be offsite at Walnut Creek Campground, about 1.5 miles from the race site, with a shuttle and a $10 per vehicle parking charge; each paid vehicle receives a $5 credit toward future RunFluent events or race-day swag. Each registered runner is allotted a 10x10 tent/crew space; relay teams share one space. Setup times will be assigned with priority to earlier registrants. RunFluent LLC does not issue refunds; deferrals to future RunFluent events are available if requested at least four weeks before the event.
