Course and logistics

The race uses the Rocks and Roots Trail. The start is located just off Hollenback Road, just south of the dog park at the listed address. The course layout uses a North Loop and a South Loop: the North Loop is run first in a clockwise direction for the initial 10K, then the South Loop is run counter-clockwise for the next 10K; loops alternate as required to reach each distance. Packet pickup is available at Fleet Feet Sports in Lewis Center on the Friday and Saturday before the event during normal business hours, with race-day pickup available at the race site. For the 50K, the course closes at 4:00 pm; 50K participants must begin their fourth lap before 1:00 pm and begin their fifth lap before 2:20 pm.
