Trail Running calendar near Peninsula 2025-2026

Join Hillman Ride and Fly at Hillman State Park for a two day adventure that blends trail running and horseback racing on flowy singletrack, grass and gravel. Teams share one horse or go solo in equathons while camping under the stars.

Join the 20th Burning River Endurance Runs July 25 to 26, 2026 for scenic trail running through Cuyahoga Valley National Park and Summit Metro Parks. Solo and team entries welcome and proceeds benefit local park conservancies.

Run the Buckeye 200: a 203 mile out and back from Lake Erie to Wellsville through lakefront roads, small towns, Amish country and foothills, or choose the 100 mile option. Finishers earn a large buckle and unique award.
