Crowell Hilaka Trail Run : Richfield Heritage Preserve

The Crowell Hilaka Trail Run is held at the Richfield Heritage Preserve (formerly Crowell Hilaka) in Richfield, Ohio. The event uses a roughly six-mile loop through woods, bridle trails, open fields, and camp roads, and includes sections of primitive single track such as the Buckeye Trail. Runners should expect natural trail conditions including mud, slippery rocks, foot-grabbing roots, minor water crossings, and other typical trail obstacles. Mid-September timing means autumn colors may be emerging.

• 50K
• Half Marathon
• 10K

Format and aid stations: the six-mile loop is run five times for the 50K, two times for the half marathon, and once for the 10K. Aid stations provide water, gels, and some salty and sugary items, with more substantial offerings for the 50K.

Logistics and fees: the event location is 4225 Oviatt Rd., Richfield OH 44286. Bib pickup is at the summer barn at that address on race day from 7:00 to 7:45 am; organizers may offer Saturday pickup after registration closes and will notify registrants by email. Registration closes Fri, Sep 11 at 11:59 PM ET. Entry fees vary by distance and date: 50K ($65 early bird; $75 after April 25; $85 after July 18), half marathon ($45/$55/$65), and 10K ($35/$45/$55), plus an Ultrasignup fee.
