About the race
The Dirty Snowflake 4 Hour is a timed trail event held on January 23, 2027 at Silver Springs Park in Stow, Ohio. Participants complete repeated two mile loops and aim to complete as many loops as possible within a four hour time window. Rest breaks between loops are off the clock. The event is part of the Dirty Trail Series and the Ohio Endurance Series and awards series points.
Results and awards for this event are based on the total number of loops completed; awards recognize the most loops completed in the four hour period. All participants receive event swag: a super soft triblend tee with the race logo and a finisher medal, or a comfy fleece hoodie with the race logo and a finisher medal. The overall awards recognize the top three male and female finishers. Age-group awards are given to the top three male and female finishers in standard five-year age groups from 14 & Under through 70 & Over. The format permits running or hiking on the two mile loop course.
The organizer provides a heated space with chili and other offerings available for participants during breaks or after the event. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
