Canal Corridor 100 Mile Endurance Run

Located in Northeast Ohio, the Canal Corridor 100 Mile Endurance Run is a 100-mile ultramarathon along the Towpath Trail of the Ohio & Erie Canalway, starting and finishing in Akron with an out-and-back to Canal Basin Park in Cleveland. The 9th edition runs on a flat, fast course of crushed limestone (70%) and asphalt (30%), with about 2,300 feet of total elevation gain. Aid stations every 4–5.5 miles, alternating staffed full stations and unstaffed water/gel stops, plus foods at night. It’s USATF certified and a Western States Endurance Run qualifier, with a 30-hour limit, and final course depends on permitting across jurisdictions, supporting canal preservation.
