Timed runs around Croxteth Park supporting Movember, with 1.5 km, 5 km, 10 km and a Half Marathon. The mixed path and trail route is dog and buggy friendly, features chip timing and event medals.

Ras Y Mast is a club-organised running event at Blaenwern Holiday Centre in Llanybydder, Ceredigion. The senior course is 6.5 miles on mixed surfaces, with separate junior races and historical results available back to 1998.

December 2026

Dash in the Dark Race 2 is a 6.4 km fell run with 229 m ascent at Llandegla Forest. A safety briefing is provided and a headtorch with at least two hours' lighting is compulsory.

Marked and marshalled winter trail races at Alyn Waters in December, offering 5 km and 10 km courses. The event is chip timed, includes a free 1 km children's dash and a canicross 5 km option, and is open to all abilities.

A 14.5 km fell race near Church Stretton with about 793 m of ascent, marked and marshalled except for a section on The Lawley. Entry is online with 180 places and full FRA kit is mandatory.

Trail races along Offa's Dyke from Prestatyn seafront to summit finishes. Offers Half Marathon, Full Marathon and a 55.5 km Ultra with GPS tracking, coach travel options and a mandatory minimum kit list.

A night trail in Llangollen covering 8 km and 5 mi with 244 m of climb. The route is partially marked and a good head torch is essential.

A pre-Christmas trail on Moel Famau starting and finishing at Bwlch Penbarras, with a mystery route of 6 to 12 km revealed during the race and a Canicross event before the main pack. Finishers receive a mince pie and a festive medal.

A Boxing Day fell event at Stiperstones Inn near Minsterley, covering 4.8 km with 244 m climb. Partially marked course with limited experience required; online entries for recorded times and proceeds go to Severn Hospice.

A memorial mountain run from Pier Gates in County Wicklow with a fully marked route, main and short courses plus a junior race. Mandatory basic kit is required and fancy dress is encouraged.

A downhill fell race of 4 km from Moel Famau summit to Cilcain with about 350 m descent. The route is partially marked, for competitors over 16, and is insured by the WFRA; donations are collected at the White Horse in Cilcain.

A two hour night navigation event near Rosebush featuring a *16 km* woodland route with 660 m climb, a pre-marked map, compulsory kit and required navigation experience. Entry is online with a £10 fee.

February 2027

A 50 miles trail ultramarathon near Chester on 27 February 2027, with 849 m ascent, seven checkpoints, mandatory kit and a 17 hour cutoff. The route links the Sandstone Trail and North Cheshire Way and is licensed by the Trail Running Assoc..

March 2027

Trail running at Loggerheads Country Park on 6 March 2027 with 5k, 5k canicross and a new 10km route. Varied terrain includes riverside paths, rocky sections and a stair climb of 110 steps.

April 2027

Participate in a multi terrain run around Trawsfynydd lake in the Eryri National Park. This charity event supports the local search and rescue team and offers a course featuring mixed tarmac and trail paths.

A 13.8 mile off road half marathon from the summit of Moel y Parc along the Offa's Dyke National Trail to Prestatyn beach. The hilly route includes about 2,450 ft of ascent, two feed stations and electronic timing.
