Dash in the Dark Race 2

Dash in the Dark Race 2 is a fell-style running event over 6.4 km (4 mi) with approximately 229 m (751 ft) of climb. The event takes place at Llandegla Forest Visitor Centre, Ruthin Road, Llandegla, Wrexham, LL11 3AA. The course is described as well marked throughout.

A safety briefing is held before the start. Compulsory kit for all entrants includes a whistle, waterproof top, hat, gloves and a headtorch with a minimum of two hours good lighting. The minimum age for participation is over 16. The event is insured by the Welsh Fell Runners Association.
