Trail Running calendar near Llanarmon Dyffryn Ceiriog 2026-2027

A 5 km muddy obstacle run around Sefton Park on 25 July 2026, featuring climbs, crawls and slides. Waves start every 15 minutes, minimum age 13, and the event supports fundraising for cancer research.
