A multi terrain 11 kilometre trail run around Kirkby Malzeard near Ripon on 7 June 2026, part of the local family fete. The undulating single lap is waymarked, fully marshaled and includes five water crossings and a handmade village pottery..

The Edenfield Fell Race is a 10.2 km BM category event with 396m of climb, starting from the Edenfield Cricket Club. Entry is on the day only. Limited parking is available, so carpooling is encouraged.

MacTuffX Leeds is an interval based running event featuring solo and team formats. Participants alternate between repeated 400 meter or 800 meter segments in a high intensity environment designed for adults.

Tackle the Coppice fell race in Accrington on Tue 9 Jun 2026, a spirited 6.6 km course with 310 m of climb starting from the Whitakers Arms. Day entry only means it is ideal for last minute plans and teams are welcome.

Two circular off-road races around Kirkby Fleetham on 9 June 2026, with 5 km and 10 km courses that are mostly flat and fully waymarked. Entries run from 6 March to 7 June; fees are £10 and £15 and both races are open to ages 16 and above.

Evening 5km and 10km trail runs at Wentworth Castle Gardens on 10 June 2026, with routes through parkland, woodlands and past historic landmarks. One controlled dog per runner is allowed and live chip-timing is provided.

Tackle the Boar's Head fell race in the Peak District on Wed 10 Jun 2026. This BM 8 mile course climbs 402 m from the Boar's Head Hotel, welcomes teams and on the day entries for £5; entrants must be 18 or older.

The Walsh Two Lads Fell Race will take place in Horwich on Thursday 11 June 2026.

A relaxed 10 km evening stroll from Basecamp in Kirkby Stephen to Birket Fell, featuring a fell top tasting by the Berry, Grape and Grain and a fully marshalled, flagged route with guided warmup and local hosts.

A Lake District trail race in Pooley Bridge on 13 June 2026 offering 10 km and half marathon routes, live chip timing, on site parking and finishers' medals. The event supports Patterdale Mountain Rescue.

A 268 mile non stop expedition style race along the Pennine Way from Edale to Kirk Yetholm with a 156 hour time limit. Five main checkpoints offer meals, medical support and sleeping areas; entries require a fee.

An out-and-back trail from Otley to Pateley Bridge on the Six Dales Trail with three distances from half marathon to 32 miles. The route passes reservoir scenery, uses trackers, and requires mandatory kit and checkpoint visits.

A short fell race from Beckside Farm near Ulverston that climbs to the top of Flan Fell. The route is about 1.85 miles with 540 feet of climb and includes youth and senior age categories.

Test your endurance at the Manchester Backyard Ultra where you must complete 4.167 miles every hour until only one runner remains. This out and back course at Giants Seat Scout Camp challenges runners to go beyond their limits.

An outdoor mud obstacle race in Walton, Brampton on 13–14 June 2026 offering 10 miles, 10K, 6K and a 4K junior course with technical obstacles, a 100 meter slip and slide, and on-site facilities including water stations and parking.

A timed, multi-lap event at Chorlton Water Park using a 5.3 km out and back course along the River Mersey. Runners can cover one lap up to an ultra within a seven hour limit and all participants receive a finishers' medal.

Run the 9.5 km Wincle Trout fell race in the Peak District, featuring a 320 m climb and a river crossing. The event is part of the lively Wincle Village Fete. A shorter 3 km junior race is also available.

A timed, multi-leg ultra from Kielder Castle where solo runners or Ekiden teams cover five radial routes totalling 170 miles within 36 hours, with the North leg to Carter Bar required as the finale and self navigation required.

A self-navigated fell run and challenge walk in Swaledale on 13 June 2026. The 24 mile course has a ten hour time limit, minimum age 14 and no dogs are allowed.

A **20 km** fell event near Kirkby Stephen with 730 m of ascent, passing High Pike and the Nine Standards. The mass start welcomes walkers and runners, and the course is waymarked with checkpoints.
