Trail Running calendar near Gilesgate 2026-2027

A coastal out-and-back 10 mile race on Sunday 2 August 2026 starting at Souter Lighthouse, UKA licensed with on-course water, toilets, a 10th anniversary finisher medal and awards for top three men and women.

A mid-summer out-and-back fell race from Mytholmroyd to Crow Hill and back, about 5 miles with 305 m ascent, including a woodland descent through Redacre Woods. Part of Todmorden Harriers' Summer Series.

A short fell race at Steel End Farm, Thirlmere in the Lake District covering 4 km with 400 m of climb. Day entry is available free, minimum age 16, and the race carries FRA permit and UK Athletics insurance.

Join this classic Keswick fell race in the Lake District on Wed 12 Aug 2026 for a lively 4.7 mile trail challenge with 280 m climb and a summit of Latrigg. On the day entries are welcome, fee £5 and runners must be 16 or older.
