Trail Running calendar near Bingley 2026-2027

A five mile trail race organised by Leigh Harriers at Leigh Sports Village on 23 August 2026, licenced by TRA and held under UK Athletics Rules. Affiliated and unaffiliated entry fees are listed.

A single lap, undulating trail of about 7 miles through Adel Woods, Scotland Woods and Meanwood Park in Leeds, organised by Valley Striders AC with chip timed results, age group prizes and basic facilities at Old Leo's Rugby Club.

Join the Arnison Crag Horseshoe fell race in Patterdale on Sat 29 Aug 2026, starting at King George Playing Fields as part of Patterdale Dog Day. A steep 5 km with 300 m climb, entries on the day £5, minimum age 14.

A short fell race of 4 km with about 120 m climb at the Show Field in St John's Chapel. Day entries cost £2 and there are separate junior races for children aged 4 to 12 plus an under 18 category.

Tackle a classic Pennines fell race in Pendleton on 29 August 2026. The 8 km course packs 457 m of ascent across rough terrain, with on the day entries and homemade cakes and a cosy village pub to reward you.

Tackle the Tripsdale Trot on 29 August 2026 at the Bilsdale Show in Chop Gate. This 5.5 mile fell race through the North York Moors climbs 1437 ft and has a junior fun race alongside. Entry is on the day.

A trail event from Skipton that follows Pennine Way and Dales Way sections, offering four distances from 13 to 50 miles with checkpoints, mandatory kit requirements and trackers for ultramarathon entrants.

A 7 hour timed trail event in Durham along the River Wear where runners choose their distance from 3 km upwards, with medals, distance pins, goody bags and on-course aid stations.
