Trail Running Calendar Canada 2026-2027

Trail races on Hornby Island on March 13, 2027: a **50 km** island tour (≈1,393 m D+) and a **25 km** route (≈806 m D+). Coastal and forest terrain, multiple aid stations, reusable cups required, drop bags for 50 km.

Trail races at Royal Roads University in Victoria BC offer three distances on single-track campus trails, one aid station on the long route, a cupless policy, on-site parking, post-race food and prize draws.

Backyard-format race in Sicamous where runners run repeated 6706 m loops each hour until one remains; the event supports the Canadian Championship Series and Big Dog's Backyard World Championship.

A community backyard ultra beside the Oldman River where runners repeat an about 6.7 km loop each hour until one remains. Proceeds support Youth One's after-school programs and services for teens.

A multi distance running event on the south shore of Quebec City offering 21.1K, 10K, 5K and a 2K kids race. All courses are certified and the event holds a Gold sanction from Athlétisme Québec.
