Trail Running Calendar New Brunswick 2026-2027

A thirteen lap trail event at Woolastook Park where runners complete a six kilometre loop each hour. Completing all loops equals 78 km and the final lap decides the winner.

Trail run in Sackville with 5 km and 10 km routes plus a Children's Mini Challenge. Pre-registration required by July 10, fees are $15 for adults and free for ages 12 and under.

Trail race in Mascarene NB on a 9.75 km loop run once or twice, with wooded singletrack and rocky shore crossings at low tide. The 2026 course is more technical with 278 m of vertical and about 25 percent more singletrack.

Trail races at Tiny Trails Campground near Minto, New Brunswick on July 25 and 26. Options include 10 km solo, 50 km solo and a 60 km relay for teams of two or three on a marked course through the historic Minto Mines.

An obstacle course event in Perth-Andover on July 25, 2026 featuring muddy sections, rope swings and a large water slide. A video and an informational PDF are provided and registration is through an external platform.

Trail races on Campobello Island offering 10 km, 25 km and 50 km routes along coastal trails and beaches. Organized with local parks and supporting the island food bank.

Run repeated 3.1 km laps around Ashburn Lake in 6, 12 or 24 hour formats. The race includes on-site camping, a team Three is Key option and donations to the YMCA Strong Communities Fund.

Trail Run Chaleur in Bathurst offers trail races from 500 m kids runs up to 20 km on gravel, single track and grass. Online registration is required for adults, fees are non refundable, and youth receive medals and ribbons.

A backyard ultra on a 6.7 km loop around the Petitcodiac River in Riverview and Moncton on September 19, 2026. Runners must finish each loop within an hour and the event continues until only one runner remains.

A 5 km cross country race in Miramichi, New Brunswick on September 26, 2026, with in person and virtual options. Online registration and a CAD 10 fee apply, virtual runners must run off road and submit results by Sunday.

A community fundraising walk and run along Fundy Trail Provincial Park offering 2 km, 5 km and 10 km options. Proceeds support the Cancer Support Program in the Saint John region and participants receive park entry, a shirt and lunch.

Trail races in Mactaquac Provincial Park on October 3 and 4, 2026 offering 5K, 10K and 20K on varied single and double track with stream crossings. Saturday features a new 5K and a kids run.

Trail races of 5 km and 13 km at Poley Mountain on October 10, 2026. Online registration only, a Hike/Run ticket is required and transfers are allowed with a $2.25 fee.

A 5 km run and walk in Dieppe, New Brunswick on October 12, 2026. Regular registration is closed and race day registration is not available, and the course is not certified.

A 5km cross country race in Miramichi on October 17, 2026 with a virtual off road option, online registration only and a CAD 10 fee.
