A 5K obstacle run at Wesley Clover Parks on August 22, 2026 featuring more than 25 obstacles, foam zones and roughly 2.5 million cubic feet of foam. Entry details include a finisher medal, a buff and a low resolution finish photo.

A Spartan obstacle weekend at Calabogie Peaks offering Sprint, Super, Kids Race and Hurricane Heat formats on technical, hilly trail terrain near Ottawa.

Mud Hero Toronto is a 6 km mud obstacle event at Albion Hills on August 22, 2026. The program includes mud obstacles, a finisher medal, live DJ, food trucks, and paid onsite bag check and parking.

Trail races at Calabogie Peaks on August 23, 2026 feature wooded singletrack, technical sections and lake views. Distances include 10K and half marathon with average conditions around 18ºC and 272 m altitude.

The 5K Foam Fest in Toronto is a two day obstacle course fun run with over 25 obstacles, a giant inflatable waterslide, mud pits and 2.5 million cubic feet of foam. The event includes a free kids zone, festival vendors and a beer garden.

An obstacle course event in Cloyne ON offering a 3 km course, a 2 hour loop challenge, a 1 km youth course, a 3 km sandbag loop and a Beer Kilometer team relay that raises funds for KGH Pediatrics.

Trail event in Exeter on August 30, 2026, offering 3.25K and 8K courses with bridge crossings along a river valley. Proceeds support Friends of the Trail for future trail maintenance.

Raid the City is a three hour urban navigation race in Hamilton where teams of two collect points at checkpoints across trails, roads, alleys and parks. Teams must run on foot and use a smartphone app to track checkpoint visits.

September 2026

Trail running event in Thunder Bay organized by Thunder Bay Nordic Trails and Fresh Air, with cash-on-site entry and on-site number pick-up. A free Kids Mini Fun Run follows the main race.

Trail running and hiking event at Albion Hills Conservation Area in Caledon on September 5, 2026 offering multiple adult and kids courses with fees in Canadian dollars and fundraising pages.

Trail running at Albion Hills Conservation Park on singletrack with three distances, family facilities, camping and pool. Swag and finisher medals available for purchase and the event is cup free.

Trail running at Camp Fortune on September 6 2026 offering 20 km, 10 km, 5 km and a 2 km kids race. The 20 km is a UTMB Index race and the Green Bib option supports local volunteer search and rescue.

SOO 200 is billed as Eastern Canada’s first 200 mile trail race near Goulais River, Ontario, with added 100 mile, 100 km and 50 km options. The route mixes single and double track, dirt roads, cross-country and route-finding sections.

The Haliburton Forest Trail Race marks its 33rd year in 2026. Participants can run distances from 12K to 100 miles on the rugged, wooded trails of a private forest reserve.

Trail races on September 12 and 13, 2026 in Bruce Peninsula National Park and Fathom Five Marine National Park. Distances include 42 km, 21 km, 7 km and a Flowerpot Island 5 km with boat transfer and breakfast.

Road and multi-use path races in North Bay on September 12, 2026, offering 5 km, 10 km, 21.1 km and a free 1 Mile kids race. Routes follow Lake Nipissing and Kate Pace Way; part of registrations supports YMCA Fill The Bus.

Tough Mudder Toronto on September 12, 2026 at Gopher Dunes offers 5K and 15K courses with multiple obstacles, finisher medals and a Mudder Village. Spectator passes, group packages and volunteer options are available.

Obstacle course weekend near London Ontario at Gopher Dunes on September 13, 2026. Sprint 5 km with 20 obstacles and Super 10 km with 25 obstacles. PARA heat and spectator tickets are available.

A chip timed trail race at Bechtel Park in Waterloo on September 13, 2026. The certified 5 km runs as two loops with limited services and free entry for Run Waterloo members.
