13th Annual Seize the Day - London

The 13th Annual Seize the Day is organized by Epilepsy Southwestern Ontario (ESWO) at Graham Family Eco Park in Arva, ON on September 27, 2026. The event includes both in-person and virtual participation options.

5 km run
2.5 km walk

In-person participants follow laps on the park trail: the 2.5 km walk is two laps and the 5 km run is four laps. Portable washrooms will be available on site. The day also includes a barbecue and prize draws.

All funds raised support programs and services for people living with epilepsy, their families, and communities across Southwestern Ontario. Virtual participants may complete their distance from September 26 to 28 and may use a wheelchair or stroller or create their own route.

Online registration fees apply for in-person entries. Virtual participation is free. In-person participation is free for those under 12. Registration fees are charged per individual team member when registering as a team. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
