ZULU CHALLENGE LONDON, ON
A family fitness challenge held at Gibbons Park in London, ON. The organizer presents it as a survival style obstacle event in varied terrain. Obstacles are not revealed in advance; participants should prepare for different sequences.
Events are organized by age and participant type. Key distances and features:
- Adults: 5 km with up to 30 obstacles, participants are tethered to their team.
- Kids 3-7 yrs: 1 km with up to 20 obstacles.
- Kids 8-10 yrs: 2 km with up to 22 obstacles.
- Kids 11-13 yrs: 3 km with up to 24 obstacles.
- K9: 5 km with 24 obstacles, all breeds welcome.
Children may enter alone or as part of a team and may move between categories based on ability at registration. Parents may participate with children and will be tethered to them. For the K9 course a harness and hands free leash are mandatory and aggressive dogs must wear a muzzle.
