The 5K Foam Fest takes place on Saturday July 25, 2026 at Boler Mountain, 689 Griffith St., London, ON N6K 2S5. The event features a 5K course with more than 25 obstacles along the route.

Organizers state that 2.5 million cubic feet of foam are produced for the event. Example obstacles include inflatable waterslides, multiple slip n slides, a foam zone, tire hops, a cargo climb, log roll, hill climb and mud crawl or mud pit elements that appear at certain venues. A free Kids Fun Zone is provided on site.
